All federal, state & local laws & regulations apply. Raffle tickets are non-transferable & non-refundable; all ticket sales are final.

Enactus University of Houston will assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, undelivered entries. Entries received without proper payment will be deemed invalid & shall be immediately disqualified.

Entrants will not hold Enactus University of Houston  responsible or liable for any or all accidents, theft or damages resulting by their participation in this event. By purchasing a ticket, the entrant acknowledges & agrees to be bound by these rules & regulations.

Entrants, by participating, agree to allow Enactus University of Houston to use their names, photos & statements in promotional material. We  will not share other personal information from entries with other organizations.

How to purchase raffle tickets

You can purchase raffle tickets from any of the Enactus officers or interns in person. You can also stop by our office located in CBB 518 or at our following bake sales:

  • Wednesday April 4th in Melcher Hall Backdrum from 10 AM - 2 PM.

 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

If the winner is not present at our work night meeting (on Tuesday, April 10th in CBB 5th Floor), they will be contacted through email or phone. The winner will have 3 days contact back to schedule a date to pick up the prize. 
If the winner does not contact within 3 days of the initial contact, we will redraw a new ticket at our next available work night meeting (the following Tuesday) and claim a new winner.
